Regional  Marketing Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions could be the right choice  for you. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong cross  functional leadership skills. In this role you will have the  responsibility for both, strategic and tactical marketing, with a strong  focus on growth and innovation in our Consumer and Electronic Market  focus on Pressure Sensitive Segments, in the Gr. China region. The  collaboration and coordination across functions, including sales,  TS&D, R&D, communication and product management as well as with  your peers, key customers, distributors and relevant teams in the other  geographies will be critical for success.

Core Responsibilities

?Responsible  for development and implementation of Marketing Plans (1-3 years), incl.  sustainability narrative and digital commerce approach. Ownership  covers all 4P.

?Drive market  plan implementation and achieve growth target by leading cross  functional Market Management Team for respective segment(s), drive  growth and efficiency through collaboration and prioritization.

?Leverage  marketing excellence to provide market insight and identify new  opportunities for growth short-term and long term. Including the  competitive analysis, share gain initiatives, market segmentation,  market assessment, ect.

?Drive growth  pipeline and Co-own the innovation pipeline with TS&D and R&D.  Lead innovation and business model funnel assessment and ensure  alignment to long term market strategy and growth expectations.

?Commercialization  / Launching of new technologies including the development, execution of  launch plans, support materials, training for sales.

?Works to  understand market sizing, dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer  dynamics, customer journeys to create an effective plan to grow in that  environment.

?Drives prioritization and implementation of marketing communications plan with Business Communications.

?Provide regional market voice and activities and play a key role in shaping global strategy and portfolio

?Work with PM  in the assets plan to support future growth. And support local assets  investment for long run growth, by providing growth plan to full utilize  new assets in places and drive related NPI projects RTO.

Required Qualifications

?Passion for  Marketing ideally with marketing and commercial experience ( 7 years +),  knowledge of the Coating, PSI or formulation type industry is a big  plus.

?Driven by sustainability topics and strong interest in digital customer engagement

?Customer and market orientation with strong bias towards value-add sales

?Strong team worker and builder across functions and geographies, effective influencer

?Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented

?Fluency in verbal and written English.

Education

?Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical, Engineering or Marketing related majors. Dual technical degrees will also be considered.

?MBA/economic background is a plus

Travel: 30-40%

Primary Location: Shanghai, China

Job Overview:

Sr. Workforce  Administration (WFA) Representative is empowered to support and perform  HR operations required enable HR business processes, and drive a  best-in-class Employee and Candidate Experience. This role will also  support Workforce Administration (WFA) event planning, implementation  and delivery for APAC.

Accountabilities

?Identify and deliver E2E solutions to HR, employees and people leaders, especially in Japan and other APAC countries

?Support employee lifecycle activities including pre-onboarding, onboarding, transfer, separation, etc.

?Responsible for the data management through Enabling Technology (incl. Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)

?Manage vendors with limited supervisory

?Regional SME roles who is a go-to person for junior team members

?Initiate Knowledge Base and Case Management content updates for Workforce Administration (WFA)

?Additional Competencies:

?Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees

?Able to operate effectively and proactively with an employee-experience and end-to-end mindset

?Able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing

Required Qualifications

?Minimum of five years of human resources or relevant experience

?Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees

?Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken)

?Critical problem solving skills

?Demonstrated  ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry  resolution (i.e., Case Management and Knowledge Base systems)

?Experience in high volume operational environments is required.

?Experience with Workday is an advantage.

?Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

?Works collaboratively, is self-motivated and accountable.

?Customer service mindset.
