一、研究院介紹

南京大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科在歷次教育部學(xué)科評估中均名列前茅，入選國家"雙一流建設(shè)"學(xué)科。學(xué)科下設(shè)環(huán)境科學(xué)、環(huán)境工程、環(huán)境規(guī)劃與管理三個系（南京校區(qū)），以及環(huán)境與健康研究院（蘇州校區(qū)）、環(huán)境健康產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院（蘇州校區(qū)）。2022年，在教育部第五輪學(xué)科評估中取得優(yōu)異成績，"環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程"軟科排名全球第10，"地球和環(huán)境科學(xué)"自然指數(shù)全球(高校)第1，"環(huán)境科學(xué)"校友會排名全國第1。

學(xué)科擁有一流的師資隊伍。現(xiàn)有專任教師88人，其中中國工程院院士3人、國家教學(xué)名師1人、國家級高層次人才計劃17人、國家級青年人才計劃31人、國家自然科學(xué)基金委/教育部/科技部/江蘇省/中石化協(xié)會創(chuàng)新群體或團隊6個。建有基金委"水質(zhì)風(fēng)險控制工程學(xué)"基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)中心、污染控制與資源化研究國家重點實驗室、國家有機毒物污染物控制與資源化工程技術(shù)研究中心、國家環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程實驗教學(xué)中心、國家社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境系統(tǒng)虛擬仿真實驗教學(xué)中心、國家技術(shù)標準創(chuàng)新基地和6個省部級平臺、14個校地聯(lián)合平臺，并控股一家上市公司。

南京大學(xué)環(huán)境與健康研究院作為南大蘇州校區(qū)重點發(fā)展方向和首批建設(shè)的研究院，將打造面向"生態(tài)文明"需求，突破學(xué)科和專業(yè)邊界，突顯多學(xué)科交叉的科研、教學(xué)平臺。研究院以跨界融合提升學(xué)科水平、服務(wù)國家/區(qū)域環(huán)境健康產(chǎn)業(yè)為目標，著力建設(shè)以健康為核心的多學(xué)科充分交叉融合的新學(xué)科。研究院下屬環(huán)境公共健康科學(xué)中心、環(huán)境材料與生物技術(shù)前沿中心、區(qū)域環(huán)境質(zhì)量與碳中和研究中心、智能環(huán)境中樞研究中心、綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)工程中心五大研究中心，以健康為核心，開展理論、技術(shù)、工程等多維度前沿研究。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)環(huán)境與健康研究院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事環(huán)境與健康領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準聘副教授、助理教授若干名；特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。擬聘崗位的研究方向包括：

三、申請條件

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本學(xué)科核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；

I. Institute for the Environment and Health

Institute for the Environment and Health (Suzhou Campus) belongs to the Environmental Science and Engineering discipline at Nanjing University, which is one of the top disciplines ranked by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is also one of the national "Double First-Class" disciplines in China. The Earth and Environmental discipline at Nanjing University ranked 1st place among the universities worldwide in the Nature Index 2022.

The Environmental Science and Engineering discipline has a committed and distinguished faculty team. There are 85 full-time faculty members, including 3 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1 winner of National Outstanding Teaching Master, 17 recipients of the National Special Support Program for High-Level Talents, 28 members of the Young Top Talents Support Plan, and 6 innovative research groups/teams of National Natural Science Foundation of China Innovation Research/ Ministry of Education/Ministry of Science and Technology/Jiangsu Province/Sinopec Association. The discipline hosts State Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Resources Reuse, National Engineering Research Center for Organic Pollution Control and Resource, National Experimental Teaching Center of Environmental Science and Engineering, National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center of Socio-Economic-Environmental System, National Technical Standard Innovation Base, 6 provincial and ministerial research platforms, 14 joint research platforms by the university and local governments, and holds one listed company of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

II. The Positions

We are currently recruiting global talents in various fields of environmental science and engineering. Current openings are mainly tenure-track assistant professors and tenure-track associate professors. Tenured positions can be negotiated specifically. III. Conditions for Application

1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and show enthusiasm in teaching and research;

2) Demonstrated academic ethics, integrity, and diligence, have no criminal record and no record for violating academic ethics and morality;

3) Have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); Have engaged in academic research for more than two years (applicant for assistant professor) or four years (applicant for associate professor) after receiving the doctoral degree;

4) Have the ability to teach basic courses and advanced courses, master good teaching skills, and have good language skills;

5) Have an excellent academic record and excellent academic potential, have a clear career plan.

V. Compensation Package and Support

1) An annual salary (to be worked out individually);

2) A start-up fund for research;
