? Qualifications:
ü You will graduate in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree or above in all disciplines;
ü  You are a fast learner and good team player. Being proactive; willing  to work under pressure and keen to develop in the professional services  field; have good oral and written skills in both English and Chinese,  including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation  skills. Japanese N1 is a plus for you to apply for Japan business  services.
ü  You are preferred to have the experience in using data visualization  tools, i.e. Tableau, Power BI, and knowledge in computer languages (i.e.  R, Python, SAS, SQL) for data analysis.

1.建設(shè)項目建議書及可行性研究投資估算的編制和審核

2.建設(shè)項目經(jīng)濟評價報告的編制和審核

3.建設(shè)項目設(shè)計概預(yù)算的編制和審核，并配合設(shè)計方案比選、優(yōu)化設(shè)計、限額設(shè)計等工作進行工程造價分析與控制

?項目實施階段：

1.工程招標文件及招標控制價（標底）、投標報價的編制與審核

2.工程量清單、工程施工圖預(yù)算的編制與審核

3.工程造價階段控制審核，包括工程合同管理、工程量及工程進度價款支付審核，設(shè)計變更、工程簽證、索賠的審核

4.工程竣工結(jié)算的編制與審核

?項目完成階段：

1.工程竣工決算報告的編制與審核

2.政府財政投資項目驗收與評審

3.建設(shè)項目后評價

任職要求

1)本科或以上學(xué)歷，2022年或2023年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生；

2)具備工程造價、土木工程、建筑、給排水、電氣、暖通等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；

3)持有有效的安裝、土建等造價員資格證書者優(yōu)先；

4)具有較好的語言協(xié)調(diào)溝通和文字表達能力；

5)能夠熟練運用辦公軟件及常用的工程造價服務(wù)專業(yè)軟件（如廣聯(lián)達）；

6)勤奮務(wù)實，能承受持續(xù)的工作壓力，能接受出差工作；

7)愛崗敬業(yè)，責(zé)任心強，具有良好的團隊合作意識。
