? Qualifications:
ü You will graduate in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree or above in all disciplines;
ü  You are a fast learner and good team player. Being proactive; willing  to work under pressure and keen to develop in the professional services  field; have good oral and written skills in both English and Chinese,  including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation  skills. Japanese N1 is a plus for you to apply for Japan business  services.
ü  You are preferred to have the experience in using data visualization  tools, i.e. Tableau, Power BI, and knowledge in computer languages (i.e.  R, Python, SAS, SQL) for data analysis.

?項目前期階段：

1.建設項目建議書及可行性研究投資估算的編制和審核

2.建設項目經濟評價報告的編制和審核

3.建設項目設計概預算的編制和審核，并配合設計方案比選、優化設計、限額設計等工作進行工程造價分析與控制

?項目實施階段：

1.工程招標文件及招標控制價（標底）、投標報價的編制與審核

2.工程量清單、工程施工圖預算的編制與審核

3.工程造價階段控制審核，包括工程合同管理、工程量及工程進度價款支付審核，設計變更、工程簽證、索賠的審核

4.工程竣工結算的編制與審核

?項目完成階段：

1.工程竣工決算報告的編制與審核

2.政府財政投資項目驗收與評審

3.建設項目后評價

任職要求

1)本科或以上學歷，2022年或2023年應屆畢業生；

2)具備工程造價、土木工程、建筑、給排水、電氣、暖通等相關專業背景；

3)持有有效的安裝、土建等造價員資格證書者優先；

4)具有較好的語言協調溝通和文字表達能力；

5)能夠熟練運用辦公軟件及常用的工程造價服務專業軟件（如廣聯達）；

6)勤奮務實，能承受持續的工作壓力，能接受出差工作；
