一、研究所及南京麒麟創(chuàng)新研究院簡介

中國科學(xué)院上海巴斯德研究所是由中國科學(xué)院和法國巴斯德研究所共建的國際化研究機(jī)構(gòu)，聚焦重大傳染病的病原致病機(jī)制、免疫保護(hù)與病理規(guī)律等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題，開展基礎(chǔ)與轉(zhuǎn)化型研究，服務(wù)全球公共健康。上海巴斯德所形成了病原生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)、疫苗學(xué)的學(xué)科布局，擁有先進(jìn)的研究平臺與技術(shù)體系，是活躍在全球傳染病防控領(lǐng)域的一支重要力量，是國際高端人才引進(jìn)、一帶一路科技合作與人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地和窗口。

2018年1月巴斯德研究所與南京市麒麟科技創(chuàng)新園（生態(tài)科技城）開發(fā)建設(shè)管理委員會共同成立了中科院上海巴斯德研究所麒麟創(chuàng)新研究院（以下簡稱創(chuàng)研院）。創(chuàng)研院屬南京地方事業(yè)法人單位，以打造成為上海巴斯德所南京分所為主要定位，聚焦傳染病診防治及生物醫(yī)藥的研發(fā)，重點(diǎn)開展抗體藥物、新型疫苗、分子免疫診斷等方向的前沿理論與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)制等，推動研發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈高端要素匯聚，協(xié)力打造國際一流的麒麟生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)學(xué)研基地。

二、人才需求

南京麒麟創(chuàng)研院現(xiàn)面向全球引進(jìn)分子流行病學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、抗體疫苗學(xué)、藥學(xué)病理、生物化學(xué)及生物傳感器、材料化學(xué)等先進(jìn)好交叉學(xué)科方向高層次專業(yè)人才及其團(tuán)隊，重點(diǎn)考慮在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展最前沿的理論創(chuàng)新的研究型領(lǐng)軍人才，擁有國際先進(jìn)水平、成果轉(zhuǎn)化轉(zhuǎn)移前景好的技術(shù)型領(lǐng)軍人才。創(chuàng)研院將竭誠為入選人才提供符合創(chuàng)研院與個人發(fā)展目標(biāo)的場地、設(shè)施、經(jīng)費(fèi)等配套條件，為人才及其團(tuán)隊提供不低于長三角地區(qū)同類人才的薪酬待遇。

三、應(yīng)聘條件

1.學(xué)風(fēng)正派，品行端正，履歷過硬；

2.具有博士學(xué)位；并在國內(nèi)外知名科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高校或企業(yè)不少于連續(xù)2年的獨(dú)立科研或技術(shù)研發(fā)經(jīng)歷；

3.具備帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊開展創(chuàng)新活動的良好經(jīng)歷和優(yōu)異的學(xué)術(shù)交流能力。

Leading Talents Positions at Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

I. ABOUT IPS AND NUAI 

Institute Pasteur of  Shanghai (IPS) is an international research institute jointly  established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and France Pasteur  Institute. By focusing on key scientific issues such as pathogenic  mechanisms of major infectious diseases, immune protection and  pathological rules, IPS carries out basic and transformational  researches to serve for the global public health. IPS, equipped with an  advanced research platform and technical system, has formed three  interdisciplinary research fields including pathogen biology, immunology  and vaccinology. As a major player in prevention and control of  infectious disease in the world, IPS is an important base and window for  introduction of international high-end talents as well as sci-tech  cooperation and personnel training for the Belt and Road Initiative.

In January 2018, IPS and Nanjing

Chi-Lin  Innovation Park (Science and Eco City) jointly established the Nanjing  Unicorn Academy of Innovation, IPS (hereinafter referred to as

NUAI).  NUAI is a local institutional legal entity in Nanjing, positioned as  Nanjing Branch of Institute Pasteur of Shanghai. With focus on the  diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and the research and  development of biomedicine, it has carried out the frontier theoretical  and technological innovation and production in the directions of  antibody drugs, new vaccines, molecular immune diagnosis, etc., aiming  to build a world-class biomedical industry-university-research  cooperation base which will promote the gathering of high-end elements  of the research and industry chain.

II.  VACANCY

NUAI is opening  globally and recruiting talents and teams with excellent work background  in interdisciplinary fields such as epidemiology, microbiology,  antibody vaccine, pharmaceutical pathology, biochemistry, biosensor, and  material chemistry, especially the research-oriented talents who carry  out the most cutting-edge theoretical innovation in relevant fields, and  technology-oriented talents with advanced techniques or good potential  for translational research. NUAI provides those selected talents with  scientific research sites, facilities, funds and other related supports.  In addition, NUAI will also provide the talents and teams with  competitive salary in the region of Yangtze River Delta.

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. Rigorous in academy, honest in conduct, and excellent in education and experience;

2. PhD degree; At  least two consecutive years of independent scientific research or  technical R&D experience in well-known research institutions,  universities or large enterprises;

3. Be able to  independently lead a research group to carry out innovative scientific  research, and be capable of conducting international academic exchanges;

4. Have top-class  academic achievements and influence in the field; or have a good command  of advanced, key and core technologies; or have products or  achievements with independent intellectual property rights.
