主要職責

·Responsible for procurement of building / facility  materials and services ranging from office equipment/supplies to a wide  spectrum of goods and services for the Group to ensure the product and  service quality be met with the Group requirements

·Perform and manage end-to-end procurement process  starting from supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing  & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation,  contract finalization and goods & services delivery

·Provide professional procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders

·Assist to maintain supplier database accurately and conduct supplier performance review

·Responsible for department administration works

要求

·Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Business, or related disciplines

·Minimum 3-5 years’ solid procurement experience preferably gained from listed or sizeable organizations

·Professional membership of CIPS, ISM, IPSHK preferred

·Possess sourcing & procurement knowledge in  technical and non-technical categories including building maintenance,  facility management, security service, cleaning, uniform, printing and  office supplies, etc.

·Possess knowledge in sourcing process from RFx / Tendering to contract finalization

·Proficient in MS Office and preferably possess knowledge in Oracle ERP (iProcurement & Oracle Purchasing)

·Well versed in compilation of management reports

·Independent, proactive, self-motivated and a team player

·Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

·Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

·Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
