Operation support

主要職責:

1.負責處理企業客戶的日常人民幣及外幣匯款、結售匯、理財、跨境人民幣、票據業務、貿易融資等業務；

2.完成銀監局、人民銀行、外匯管理局等監督機構及本銀行內部的各項報表；

3.熟悉各類監管部門發布的相關政策，熟練解答客戶業務咨詢；

4.與分行其他部門合作，協調解決各種需求；

5.其他銀行安排的工作。

崗位要求:

1.在工作及與同事的溝通、交往過程中保持最高程度的誠信和正直；

2.具備優秀的團隊合作精神和優秀的溝通與人際技能；

3.具有為客戶服務的精神并體現在日常業務活動中；

4.對銀行相關的產品和服務有足夠的認識；

5.具有全面履行各項崗位職責的相應工作能力；

6.本科以上學歷，至少三年相關工作經驗。
