Q:adidas Trainee Program的招募對象有沒有專業限制？

A:我們對專業沒有任何限制，歡迎不同專業的同學積極申請你感興趣的職位。

Q:如果我不是應屆畢業生，是否還能申請Trainee Program？

A:除了應屆生外，我們同樣接受有一年及以下全職工作經驗的往屆畢業生的申請，也歡迎海外畢業生申請。

Q:每個人可以申請幾個職位？

A:每位同學在申請時可以填寫第一志愿與第二志愿，還可以選擇“愿意調劑”（willingness to be re-assigned），屆時我們會根據個人意愿以及崗位需求進行安排。同時，我們建議你在申請前詳細閱讀我們的PositionApplication頁面來深入了解職位職責與需求，根據你的個人興趣與能力來申請最適合的職位。

Q:adidasAPACTraineeProgram意味著我們會在亞太區輪崗的機會嗎？

A:是的。在24個月的管培生項目中，培訓生除了在阿迪達斯亞太區總部上海接受3崗共18個月的培訓輪崗外，還額外有一崗6個月在其他國家及地區的輪崗機會。在海外輪崗，你還有機會參與跨部門輪崗，迎接更多挑戰！我們非常歡迎有志于長期在上海工作也有意愿在亞太其他國家及地區工作的同學應聘我們的職位。
