學院簡介 About the College
蘇州百年職業(yè)學院是由蘇州科技大學和加拿大百年理工學院合作舉辦,由江蘇省人民政府批準、教育部正式備案的第一所中外合作辦學高職院校。其前身是2005年創(chuàng)辦的蘇州港大思培科技職業(yè)學院,至今已有13年辦學歷史。學院承前繼后,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,正朝著國內一流的中外合作辦學目標前進。根據(jù)學院發(fā)展規(guī)劃,學院將在三年內引進一批德才兼?zhèn)涞母咚綄H谓處煟瑸閷崿F(xiàn)學院發(fā)展目標提供人才支撐。
Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People's Government of Jiangsu Province and registered with China's Ministry of Education. According to the college development plan, SCC is planned to introduce and nurture a group of high level teachers of both virtue and ability to provide talent support for the realization of the its development goals.
一、教師要求與條件 Requirements for Teaching Staff
(一)基本要求 Basic Requirements
1、遵紀守法,品行端正,為人師表;
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具備履行崗位職責應有的基本知識、技能及素質;
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身體符合崗位要求;
With good physical conditions;
4、能使用英語授課優(yōu)先。
Having the ability to teach in English will be preferred.
(二)資歷條件 Qualification Requirements
1、取得海內外知名高校碩士及以上學位;
Have Master's degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas;
2、原則上年齡在45周歲以內;
Be under the age of 45 in principle;
3、具有扎實的專業(yè)知識基礎和學術積累,或有豐富的行業(yè)企業(yè)從業(yè)經驗;
Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field;
4、具備以下條件之一,優(yōu)先考慮:
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
(1)具有較強的教學組織能力和學術研究能力,有一定研究成果;
Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;
(2)具有中級以上技術職務或相關職業(yè)資格;
Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above;
(3)在行業(yè)領域內有較高知名度,在產學研結合、人才培養(yǎng)等方面具有較豐富的經驗;
With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of "production, teaching and research" and related talent cultivation;
(4)有海外教育背景或相關工作經驗。
Have overseas education or work background.
二、教師的基本職責 Basic Job Responsibilities
1、課程教學:完成學校下達的課程教學任務,力求獲得良好的教學效果;
Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students' coursework, set and mark examinations;
2、教書育人:承擔對學生的思想、品德和作風教育責任,言傳身教,為人師表;
Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning;
3、實踐教學:承擔實驗課、實訓課的指導,學生下企業(yè)的實習指導和管理;
Supervise students' research activities;
4、教學建設:參與課程開發(fā)、教材建設等工作;
Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials;
5、教學與學術研究:參與教學研究,以及本專業(yè)學術研究;
Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution's research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication;
6、企業(yè)與社會實踐:參與校企合作、企業(yè)實踐活動,提高專業(yè)實踐能力;
Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations;
7、承擔學校安排的其他相關工作。
Undertake other work tasks as assigned by the College.

四、引進待遇 Compensation and Benefits
1、薪資待遇包含基本工資、績效工資、津貼補貼等,具體根據(jù)資歷條件面議;
Remuneration package includes base salary, merit pay, seniority allowance, etc.. The specific amounts will be based on the teacher's personal qualifications;
2、提供補充醫(yī)療和意外傷害商業(yè)保險;
Provide additional commercial work-related injury insurance and medical insurance;
3、享受體檢、旅游、節(jié)假日福利等其他學院福利;
Provide annual physical check, traveling, festival allowances and other benefits;
4、協(xié)助申報省市區(qū)各級人才資助;
Assist to apply for the talent introduction funds issued by governments at all levels;
5、社會保險及公積金、個人所得稅依據(jù)國家有關法律法規(guī)執(zhí)行。
Social benefits and provident fund, and individual income tax shall be levied based on the state laws and regulations.

2、學院考核小組檢查應聘資格,組織面試考核,并確定候選人;
The college interview panel checks the qualifications of applicants, conducts interview and nominates the candidates;
3、學院研究確定錄取對象、通知體檢;體檢合格者,學院發(fā)放錄取通知。
The College makes the hiring decision, and offers the employment to the candidates who pass the medical check-up.
